💼 Project: Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
🧑‍💻 Role: Full Stack Developer
🛠️ Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React JS, MySQL, GitHub, Jira
✅ Roles & Responsibilities:
🔧 Development Responsibilities

  • Designed and developed frontend components using React JS, ensuring responsive and user-friendly UI.

  • Created RESTful APIs with Spring Boot for employee data management, payroll, leave requests, and attendance modules.

  • Integrated frontend and backend using Axios and ensured secure data handling with token-based authentication.

  • Built and optimized MySQL queries, designed database schemas, and ensured relational data integrity.

  • Handled form validations, state management, and implemented dynamic dashboards for HR/admin views.

🧩 Team Collaboration

  • Participated in daily stand-up meetings and discussed task progress, blockers, and timelines.

  • Worked closely with QA and UI teams for testing and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Engaged in code reviews and implemented feedback to maintain clean, scalable code.

📝 Project Management

  • Managed task tracking, bug logging, and sprint planning via Jira.

  • Documented API specs, flow diagrams, and module-wise architecture for team reference.

  • Participated in client meetings, gathered requirements, and converted them into technical implementations.

🗣️ Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

  • Conducted initial meetings with the client to gather requirements, understand business goals, and define the site’s structure.

  • Collected content such as course descriptions, trainer details, batch timings, and student testimonials.

  • Provided mockups and wireframes for approval before development.

🧩 UI/UX Design & Frontend Development

  • Designed the full website using HTML, CSS, and React JS with animated cards, carousels, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Built dynamic pages for Courses, Enrollments, Faculty, Upcoming Batches, and Student Success Stories.

  • Ensured SEO best practices and performance optimization for fast loading.

⚙️ Backend & API Integration

  • Set up a Node.js + Express backend to handle form submissions, course listings, and database communication.

  • Used MongoDB to store course, faculty, and student data.

  • Developed REST APIs to fetch/display dynamic content and manage enrollment queries.

🔁 Collaboration & Agile Workflow

  • Participated in daily standups and sprint reviews using Jira for task tracking and version control with Git.

  • Worked with the designer for branding alignment and QA for cross-browser testing.

  • Integrated Google Analytics and contact form functionality.

🚀 Deployment & Client Handover

  • Deployed the site on Netlify/Vercel (frontend) and Render/Heroku (backend).

  • Provided client with basic CMS-like features to manage course updates.

  • Delivered documentation and offered ongoing support post-launch
